Tell us about yourself, choose a fee option and submit your application.

Complete payment
Review your fee summary and pay securely. Fee-free applications and hardship waiver requests go to HCA for review.

HCA reviews your application
For paid memberships, HCA reviews your application after payment is confirmed.

Pay 12 months upfront. Renews annually unless you request non-renewal.
Fee-free membership
Full-time students, unemployed people & pensioners
Apply for membership at no cost if you’re a full-time student, unemployed or a pensioner. Financial hardship waivers are also available. HCA reviews all applications.
Accepted paid memberships have an initial 12-month commitment. Cancellation can be requested in advance for the end of the applicable commitment or paid billing period. If HCA rejects an application, future billing stops; refunds are reviewed separately. No person shall be excluded solely because of financial hardship.
